I'm thinking that you may already know what butter means, but maybe you didn't know that salted butter is really great on bread. Many finer restaurants salt their table butter by hand, but that's a lot of work for the home. My favorite salted butter to buy is Double Devon Cream Butter which you can get at Trader Joe's and sometimes even at grocers like Ralphs.
