I made this little baby quilt for a special baby that I'm dying to meet. It is actually my first finished quilt! The fabric is Denyse Schmidt's Katie Jump Rope. Check out Heather Bailey's quilt binding tutorial. I should have... maybe next time!
I love these pictures of big brother Trevor wearing the quilt as a cape... Not exactly what I envisioned but perfect nonetheless! Have a great weekend playing!

You guys have helped inspire me to start up sewing again! I have always depended on my photography as a creative outlet. Lately I have needed something different to go along with it. Our little girl has helped fuel that fire! Let me know if you are coming to the Boise area! We definately need to connect again now that we are all grown up! ;)
